shifting auto into reverse??

well today i decided to change the fluid and filter on my transmission. No flush -just dropped the pan and replaced the filter and new fluid atf-4 in my auto. No metal on the magnet and some aluminimum sluge in the bottom of the pan. So far so good. drove it around and topped of the fluid. Now when i shift in reverse, i hear what sounds like a servo motor or something which i guess is putting the trans in reverse-i don't know. I never had this noise before runs like hell but this noise freaks me out. Thinking maybe doing a repeat flush and filter to see if it goes away but thought i would check here first. Anybody know what this is?
thanks

You probably have a passage clog. It happens when draining auto trans. Hence the reason most shops reverse flush. You may try to re-drain again or take to shop and have them reverse flush it.

Thanks
i know about the complete flush procedure but was afraid of contamination after reading some posts about doing this. Can you tell me what the reverse flush procedure is? I was going to redo the filter and fluid change again today see if that helps. I mean it shifts great . I googled this sound and some jeep owners were familar with the noise and have even said their jeep was like this from day one with no problem.Maybe i will just drive it for a while and hope it gets better
