Shifting problem

Hey guys got a quick question about my transmission.

I have found when I first drive my car when it's been sitting for a bit, it shifts very poorly. Obviously it's not me shifting wrong or grinding gears, cause im a pro driver (joke..but it's not me for real) Anytime I get to about 1800-2000 rmps...my jeep starts to shake violently. it happens in 2nd and 3rd and rarely in 4th. I find that if I gun it...it stops. But once I pull to a stop sign/light it does it again...this goes on for about the first 5-10 min I drive it. Then, stops all together

I don't know much about the motor and it's surroundings in the car...but I was guessing transmission fluid being low or out. But I am probably wrong.

Very peculiar because it started doing it after I went to a guy to get a check up. (My mom went to same guy for same thing...and her Grand Prix is doing it now too)

Thanks for the help guys.
