Husband sitting in livingroom watching tv...looks at me and shakes his head. Me: what? He just looks around the room and goes back to watching tv. A few minutes later...just how many parts are going to make their way into the house? (Keep in mind they are all over the garage and the driveway) Me: I named her Lego, what did u expect. Later he remarked that i had an arsenal of cleaning supplies...i responded with, my closet is full, i needed a new hobby ud think ud be happy, i dont go shopping anymore unless its for mods and u seem to like that. He smiled and returned to his regularly scheduled programing. Silly boy...I just love it when he's speechless, lol.

^ I'm reading this in the livingroom - there's a front bumper sitting on the floor in the corner by me, fog lights are on the dining room table, various parts are in a Jeep dedicated box in the kitchen, some dash pieces are in the bedroom (waiting to finish the radio project).

Love it! Maybe one day extra parts can become furniture for a man cave...or in my case...wo-man cave Jeep decor...I like it.

I keep telling my ol' lady that one of these days I'll be done with one of the jeeps and move most the parts out.

Lol....good luck. A build is never complete. A new build is always on the horizon. (Okay, at least in my head. Might be addicted) I have an 09 JKU and have enormously plans for her. But I don't want her lonely too long, so my bucket list contains buy a CJ and build, buy a TJ and build, rebuild the go cart, buy atvs and mod, buy a golf cart and mod as replica of JKU, build a remote control replica of JKU, CJ and TJ...LOL. I think I have a problem...not enough $$ for my toys

Epic win!!!! Where do I find more like you! Lol

I try to stay focused at work but all I can think about is will this part fit on my jk or should I ask so and so if that part will work. When am I upgrading this and I hope I can pay rent after my new tires. Lmfao its definitely becoming an obsession.

The way I see it, least were not eating toilet paper or chewing on pop cans like some oddly obsessed people. Lol

Love it! You guys crack me up!

We have designed certain parts of the house to hide Jeep parts now. Our living room sofa and loveseat recline, so they sit about a foot away from the wall. It's a perfect space to hide Jeep parts as long as they are shorter than 2 feet so the sofa/loveseat can still recline.

We have a 125 gallon fish tank in the bedroom. I have a box of Jeep parts under the stand hiding away. The dash piece sits next to the tank in the corner, you don't really see it there unless you know where to look.

The kitchen cabinets are open on top, so half the kitchen has pots, pans, baking stuff, etc sitting up there. The other half has nice looking wicker baskets, a picnic basket, and some fabric covered boxes - all Jeep part hiding spots. As long as I make it look good I can use it for the Jeep.

Once you have 2 another problem arises... Which one to mod. Currently mid mod on both, and its hard to "switch gears" occasionally

We are built not bought, lol. I'm guessing find mud or a trail...and there u will find my clones. Haha.

What's sad for me...I wanna work at a shop just so I can be around this stuff more. Not for a discount, not even for $$ cause I'm sure the pay is low...but I'd be justified in talking, thinking and doing Jeep stuff all the time.

Got a cool idea today...buy two atvs, tow with Jeep, her name is Lego...name the atvs Mega Block and Kreo...her babies.

My girl just sent me a text asking if our MOAB was really that small after seeing a new all white one in the parking lot. I told yes baby that is why we spent 10K setting her up so she didn't look like a baby. She responded I am glad we did because that one looked sad. Whaa Ha Ha have to love her!

Wife parks her JKUR around the same place at work each day and a guy who works on
her floor drives some small white car with pink flip-flop stickers on the back window.
Drives it every day so don't think it's even his wife's car.

They parked at the same time the other day and he said to her, "Every day we park
here I feel so emasculated by your Jeep. It's just soooo masculine and my car is...
not!" Then said something about at least it gets good gas mileage.

Glad my wife would rather buy more gas.

My parents always tell me that jeeps are horrible because of reliability problems . Also my dad always tells me to "be careful, jeeps are dangerous. My college buddy was killed in one because he rolled it going to fast around a corner.
The only good cars are Hondas, and Toyota."
He says as he pulls away in his purple Honda pilot, That has numerous problems at 55,000 miles... :/
Oh and my moms 2007 Honda accord has numerous problems too.

Oh i hear you there! Been trying to get my Gf to go wheeling with me more often. Inner city folk need to know what the country is all about to really appreciate it.

Sounds like you have your priorities right though. Jeep life is amazing! Btw.. Love the names! They fit perfect.

So a buddy just signed a contract with the Philadelphia Flyer a few months ago. He's been on the hunt for a new vehicle, and a few guys were trying to talk him into a JK. Long story short he ended up with a 4 Runner. Today I stopped over to their place while they were outside grilling. I asked if that was his new 4 Runner in the driveway, and it was. I tell him "that's pretty nice man." Another buddy pipes up and says "yea, that's what we thought until you pulled in" lol. He just smiled and put his head down.
