Skid Row Gas tank Skid Install

yep for my birthday I got a ski Row gas tank skid for my rig since I put a nice dent in the stock skid last time I went wheelin'. it was overall a pretty easy install that took me roughly 2-3 hours and I didn't have to lower the gas tank. The new one goes over the stock skid and tank. Yes you do have to drill 2 holes into your frame but no biggie now for some photos.

the first is a shot of the dent. It's actually smaller in the photo as you look at it from the front the dent is as big as a fist.

I'd really recommend this mod as anyone with tools can do this.

Looks good! Also that is a great mod to do. I've banged my gas tank skid several times and it's reassuring to know I won't lose any capacity next time I fill up.

yeah I never really thought about doing this mod even after I smacked the tank. I took a good look at it from the front of the tank and that was a pretty solid hit. I mean it looked like someone actually punched it.
