slow start until given gas

So it was a little cold out around 25 degrees, engine wouldn't turn over unless i put the gas pedal down. Then it keeps stalling out unless i keep it idle and then it eventually takes over on it's own. Is this a fuel filter issue? Replaced tps this summer. Any ideas?

It's not the fuel filter. First thing to do is check your battery and battery connections. A weak battery or loose or corroded connection will cause those symptoms. Welcome, and good luck

new battery and new starter less than 6 months old. I'll check the battery connections though, thanks.
