Smittybilt bumpers

I'm going to buy a new front bumper soon for my 06 TJ. I've made my decision that I want the Smittybilt SRC front bumper, but before I order it I want to make sure that it has a winch mount on it, since I plan on throwing on a winch eventually. If anyone knows anything about this bumper I could really use the help!

Doesn't include a winch mount but will accommodate a winch plate

Personally I don't like the SRC, looks like a basket that you would have on the handlebars ofa bike. But It as saved my buddy's ass once. Hill climb in an area he wasn't used to and cut sideways across the hill, looked flat and then....

Yes I took a picture before helping him, priorities. Likely would have rolled without it, and it still looked good afterwards.

If it can't be fixed with squats or fish oil...your probably gonna die (u aware?)

People will talk trash on Smittybilt and there products for whatever reason, and dont let it sway your decision, They are just like anything else in life, take care of it and it will last, treat it like shit, and it wont. I have one, and i like the way it looks with a winch.

Agreed, Smittybilt makes great products for mall crawlers. But "treat it like shit" (aka wheel it) and you'll be disappointed.

If you don't wheel recklessly, many have wheeled w/o taking out or touching the front bumper.

Get what you want. All the other bumpers can break too.

Yes and no. I have a SRC Classic bumper. Basically just a piece of channel.
Not much to go wrong with that. I have hit many things with it. I'm still waiting for it to fold so I can get a better one. Just has not happened yet.

I think since the SRC doesn't come with a winch mount I will buy the XRC. It will be cheaper and I like the way the XRC looks
