Soft top for summer months

Hi all,

I have a 2005 unlimited 2 door wrangler with a hard top. I live in MN so like the hard top for cooler months but a pain in the rear taking in/off during the summer months. I want to get a soft top for the summer so wanted to see if anyone has any suggestions on the soft tops that I can throw on for summer.

Thx

First off, check the classifieds here, and also check CL, e-bay, etc. Might be tough since warm weather's on the way...it's more the buying than the selling season.

If you're looking for something new, whether a full soft top, bikini, whatever, check out these guys:

I was lucky and found a barely used factory soft off Craigslist a couple years ago. It came with door surrounds too.

My Jeep was a hardtop only model so I did have to buy the roll bar brackets for the frame, and the tailgate bar brackets.

If yours is a hard top only model, you will need those brackets and door surrounds to make a factory top work.

Depending on your neiborhood ect. (critters) I would probably look at the full top. I can have mine up and fully enclosed or down and all panels removed in about 3 minutes. 5 if I poke around a little. my neiborhood has cats so I never leave it open overnight or if it's sitting for a full day. the little bas.....know better than to get in during the day
just something to think about.
