Soft top Questions

Right now i have the stock soft top and 1/2 hard doors on my 94 yj. The upper door goes straight up on the edge.
Here's A pic for reference

If i got this soft top
http://www.quadratec.com/products/11010_XXX_A_PG.htm

with the full soft doors and all new hardware.

Would i be able to put full hard doors on in the winter?

And Do those upper also work on my half hard doors?

thanks
