Soft Top Speed Challenge

This is a video showing someone from Bestop totally taking down the top on their Jeep, and putting it all the way back up, properly, in 4 1/2 minutes.

That's just over two minutes to take it down, and just over two minutes to put it back up again.

It's a 2010-2011 top.

If only it were that simple on my TJ...stupid zippers are aging and hard to zip/unzip anymore.

Haha, it takes me about five minutes to put it up and 3 minutes to take it down. The lengthiest part is removing and replacing the windows.

So did anyone win a T-shirt or hat from the tips you received?

Something you can try on the zippers that will smooth them out...run a bar of soap along the the zipper a few times. This helped me out on my old top by "lubricating" the zipper some.

He didn't store the windows. That's almost another minute each way. Still pretty good.
