Soft Top Suggestions?

I just got my 95 yj with a hard top. I'm looking to get a soft top to be able to use during the summer but I'm not sure what kind to get. I've seen some that are "frameless" and then others that are replacement tops but don't come with the hardware. Where can I find a soft top that includes the hardware (preferably on the cheaper end of the spectrum), and are the frameless tops as functional as the regular ones if I plan to only use the soft top to take on and off during the 3-4 months of summer.

This was posted on another board that I frequent.

But a quick pros/cons for framed vs. no frame:

framed pros: better seal. more "structural integrity" (e.g. the cloth isn't moving unless you want it to move or it's broken) storage.

no framed pros: 1 zipper, 2 pieces of cloth, quick removal/detachment, metal door surrounds. (personal opinion) cooler cosmetics/look, cheaper to completely replace

framed cons: security, lots o zippers, lots o pieces, complete replace cost high,

no framed cons: security, floppy feel, rear veiw mirror partial blockage, no frame which means no real place to store it if you take it off away from home.

Thats what I can think of off the top of my head. I had a really crappy framed top with the jeep for a long time, and getting this trektop made me ubber happy with the upgrade.

He also said it flops around a good bit when up and driving with the front windows down. I think the frameless are under 400 and you could probably get a framed style top about the same but you'll have to buy a frame as well for probably another 250.

Check and for starters.

I am going through the same thing right now. I think I will bite the bullet and get a complete kit from Bestop if I can find one a little cheaper than Quadratec or 4wd I need every single piece (frame, rear window bar, door surrounds etc...)
