u guys are funny.

cuz i am gonna be driving a lot each week due to college. and i will have to be traveling from NC to SC each week. the jeep isn't exactly good on the highway and i need somethin a little better on gas. it really sucked to see it go and at first i wondered if i made a mistake. but i will be getting a sports car (dont even say it cause the MPG is still FAR better than my jeep) as i love speed and racing (and v8 rumble )

i think i will get a mustang gt (criticize if you like, my mind is made up ) as it is the best bang for the buck. i must say i pretty much hate all fords except for the v8 mustangs.

i considered an sti but i need v8 rumble and i don't see me in that. and the fact that the only ones i found were wagon style

Being a Ford/Jeep guy....I feel for you man... You'll love the new GT's.... 290 hp, 3v/cycliner. and 25MPG! Very nice car.... It's an iconic car, it's American.... and it's not a Hyndai.

Enjoy it.!

I'll admit there's good Ford and bad Ford.

Good Ford = '68 Mustang, '71 Torino GT, '03 Expedition, '95 Mark VIII LSC
Bad Ford = '90 Bronco, '78 Pick Ranger Pick Up

My Bronco was the biggest lemon on 4 wheels.

I was all signed to purchase an 05 GT, then I backed out and went for the Jeep. Glad I did.

its one of the only fords i like.

i can't afford a hemi charger. cost too much. plus i love having a manual and i like the look of the mustangs.

i like the hemi though. i drive my dads ram with a hemi (driving it till i get the new car too) and its nice. and my mom already has a charger

sister has a mustang too (but its a 6cyl, BOO! there ok for a chick)

no way.. the newer models shut off 4 cyls at a constant idle..

my dads quadcab ram gets 16-18 mpg on the highway.. NO JOKE..

in town he gets around 13-15

So how much did you get for your Jeep? What year was it? Mileage?

I'm looking at small imports, VW or Mazda.

Man thats too bad you'll only p/u a few MPG's with somthing else. I loved my V-8 Blazer
But 11MPG no matter how hard I pushed or soft she gave me all of 11 when i got my jeep she decided to give me 17-19 almost consistantly so i went the right way. Nut only to get 3-4mpg i could not do that and worse yet no 4WD.

Aw man! I'm sorry about your jeep but, you gotta do what you gotta do. One thing, though. Why didn't you keep your jeep for weekends and ride the bike in your siggy?

that bike is not mine. it is my buddy that died last november.

if i had a bike then gas mileage wouldn't be a worry

it was a 06 with 23,500 miles and i got 17,000 (i was only asking 17,500). i think i could have got my full asking price out of it...but i'm satisfied.

the gt im lookin at is an 04 and only has 23,000 miles and is $15,900

One of my co-workers had a cobra that was that same color. It was nice. He kicks him self almost every day for trading it off.

Nice ride man.
