South East Summer Vacation - Trail ideas

Family and I are heading out tomorrow morning on a summer vacation road trip. We are leaving South Florida, going to Charleston, SC, then Asheville, NC, then Dothan, AL, and heading back to South Florida. Any trails/parks you folks can recommend that are within a few hours of that track?

We plan on doing Hurricane Creek in western NC as well as a bit of the Blue Ridge.

Thanks

Uwarrhie in NC. Not to far out of your way to Asheville.

Depends how challenging and what you are into. The trails are king of arranged in a way that you can enter on an easier trail and choose side trails that you like.

Sounds great. I have a JKU with 2.5 lift, 33‘s, with winch and will be wheeling with the family, so fun and scenic is the priority over difficulty level. We'll be doing hurricane creek off I-40 near the NC/TN border and love that ride if you are familiar with it.

Appreciate the advice.
