Spare Parts

OK, so here's something I noticed that no one seems to have addressed. For the newbies out there and even the seasoned guys who don't have problems that often.

What spare parts does everyone carry?

I always try to go overprepared, but it bit me in the a$$ when I had axle problems when some wrenches I usually carry were in the other toolbox and I didn't do a check before I left.

I always try to carry spare u-joints and simple stuff like lubes, fluids and a full toolbox, and everyone knows there's limited space in a SWB wrangler (not everybody can be unlimited, no pun intended, haha). So what else do you carry when you head out, and what breakage have you all experienced on past and current jeeps. Obviously there's a limit to what some will carry and if you need a backseat, there's less than if you don't. Nobody carries a spare parts jeep (I can't fit one in my back pocket, and can't afford one even so). Sorry for the article, but I thought this may help some out, when they head out, for that next big adventure.
If there's a will, usually there's a way, but then you get to that bolt that you still can't get to with two extensions, two universal sockets, and a contorsionist midget trying to help you.

1999 XJ Four door, mostly stock for now, but I am in the process of building a custom plate bumper.

Here's a few of the things I carry with me when I'm out.

Spare Axle Shafts (ujoints already installed on fronts)
All tools necessary to change said shafts
Fluids/gasket maker/brake cleaner
variety of tools
misc nuts/bolts etc...
air tank
containers to catch fluid
A must for all wheelers is Pig Pads or Petesorb (something to cleanup any fluids that might leaking in an emergency) of which I am currently out of. Hackle I need some more.
hi lift
bottle jack
spare tire
Small first aid kit (only sine i've known you Kat )
Plenty of water for both human and radiator consumption
3 tow straps
funnels etc and other misc items that might or might not make in the trail box.

I have been constantly working on ugrading my trail box. However we never go out alone and usually someone has whatever someone else needs.
