Spider Cracks in Paint

The factory painted rear fenders on my 2003 TJ Sahara are badly spider cracked can anyone tell me how to remove these cracks so that I can reprint the fenders?

I have no bodywork experience but I'm willing to give this reprint a shot.

I am kind of partial to the painted fenders that's one of the things that makes the Sahara standout

Ok. Yer gonna have to feather out all the cracks, prime the flares then refinish them.
