Spiderweb and the like

I really enjoy the open feeling of my Jeep with the top down, but having a bit of relief from a day in the bright sun sounds appealing too (OK, more appealing to my wife really). Has anyone stopped using their Spiderweb or other shade because it blocked too much? I don't want to ruin that open air feeling we all love. So many here have purchased these shades, I'd appreciate any helpful opinions.
Thanks!

I just got my spiderweb about a month ago before that and before the sun got really hot it was a little uncomfortable driving with the sun beating down. I love the shade there is still plenty of breeze through the jeep and you can still see the sky through it. But the best part is if you want to go totally open the shade is easy to take on and off. My wife drives the jeep more than I do and she loves it!

I just got a Spiderweb shade over the weekend. It was about 90 and sunny today.
What a BIG difference, Still have the open feeling and the Sun doesn't kill YA.

Easy and quick to install.

I love mine. Keeps you cooler and provides protection from the sun while still preserving that open air feeling.
