SPOD install & customer service

I just thought I'd share some excellent customer service I received today. I ordered an SPOD and it was sent without the screws and washers to mount the switches to the bracket above the mirror. I was agitated, but I made it work. I then jumped on the PC and sent an e-mail and called the number on the web site. Now it is Sunday so I never figured on talking to a human. I planned on getting a call Monday and not 10 minutes later my phone rang and I had an apology and a promise to send them out Monday morning. They were on a road trip and it was Sunday and still called to make things right. I do not know of many companies that would do that. Now if only my lights would arrive so I could install them. I had almost the same screws but no lock washers. My current screws are brass colored and I will replace them with the black ones when they get here. Here are a couple pics to show my install. It took my about 90 minutes to do everything.

It is a switch panel and relay station that is pre-wired to make installing electronic accessories easier and safer than tying into the factory system.

They are proud of it. I think it was $410 with discount. I know how to run relays and fuses. I could do it all, but it was worth the money for me to just buy it.
