squirrel troubles

Hi all, good to see there are so many of us! Had an unusual occurrance when a squirrel decided to make his home on the intake of my engine. Im sorry to say that after a long drive from work, getting in the house & sitting down for supper, I noticed alot of smoke pouring out the sides of my hood. lucky I had a fire extinguisher, but wow what damage a small red squirrel can do! I need to get some answers about replacing the engine wiring harness. Ive seen some on Ebay, but are they all different. I have a 2000 TJ, 4.0 automatic with air. Some help would be appreciated.
