starting issues

jeep is an 08 wrangler, will not start at time other times it will start just fine.seems to be an issue in the wring system have taken to the dealership and they can not find the problem. everything is double grounded, starter tested good battery good. The dealership solution is to remove a relay and jump across the terminals with a wire with the switch in the start position, it works it will start that way but this is not what I call a fix only a temp to pressing problem. Have any of yall had that problem? or have a better solution?

thanks
