you can buby them they ahve tons of em, or you can find out the thread size of the shift and then drill and tap it, there are plenty of tap/die sets you can buy and one of them should ahve the right size, then just screw it on
They have those in many auto stores such as Murrays or Pep Boys or autozone or whatever. If not, look on ebay. For example this comes with many threads. Al you do is choose what thread fits and then bolt it onto the knob and u're good to go.
