Stiff steering wheel 94 Wrangler

Hi guys... i have a 94 Wrangler, just bought it recently and the steering wheel is harder to move than my 91.
I went to my friendīs shop and he said it has Manual steering, no hydraulic ... but... my other Wrangler (older) has the best steering whel ever, its so soft and iīm kinda wandering if there are 2 different models... with "Manual" steering and "hydraulic" steering...

Anyone has an idea how i can make the 94 drive smoother? if i can keep driving it like that iīll have some muscles in no time... but thats not what i want

Thank you

Lets see you need 1 power steering pump, 1 pump pulley, 1 fluid reservoir, all the lines, mounting bracket for the pump, a power steering gear box and pitman arm from a donor jeep parts store or the like.
