still bucking

98wrangler 4.0 New cat, new muffler, new O2, new TPS, STILL BUCKING and IDELING ROUGH! Engine idels rough then revs. Help!

Just wondering if the Battery was disconnected when the new exhaust was being welded up?

I don't think so. Due to the welding on the cat I had it done in a shop. I have since dis and reconnected the battery. No luck.

Check your fuel pressure, sounds like it could be low.

Just sprayed out the iac passage inlet, no changes. Any suggestions what to check next?
