If it were me, I'd start with skid plates before wheels and tires. Then, it would be 'recovery' items: recovery straps, winch, etc. My opinion; your Jeep with stock wheels and tires may be FAR better off on the trail with good protection and recovery devices than a rig with cool tires and a lift, but nothing else.
Of course, I should have asked first if you were going off road. My opinion assumes offroad use.
