Stuck.......

Hi all, I'm new to this forum, I drive an 89' yj 2.5 with 31's, and I love to go four-wheeling, I live in south FL, so it's mud, water, and sand round here...
I seem to get stuck, I mean real stuck, up to the top of my wheel-wells in mud and water like once a week.... I love it, but I guess I should be more careful, what do you guys think?

i think it's great that you are able to get out and wheel that much. as long as you make sure to clean everything REALLY well and make sure all your connections under the hood are ok, then you should be good to go for another round.

Clean the jeep and check your drivetrain fluids as water is a bad bad thing...

Where are you in S. FLA? I am in Pinellas county, just west of Tampa. My experience is that water = bad idea.

Be sure to blast clean water inside the framerails, change the fluid in your pumpkins frequently, be careful hitting water at speed with a hot engine... manifolds and cat-converters have a tendency to break, use appropriate tires, wheel with another rig, take extra rope and snatch straps and a tree saver, bring a cell phone.
