stuffing a blanket in between the soft top and roll bars.

i have one question. i saw this a ways back on the yj forum for sound deadening/winter insulation. well on my tj i decided today to stuff my cool looking minnesota twins blanket in between the sound bar and the top and tucked it in around the sides of the roll bars and such. well its very snug inside right now and i dont wanna move it but if you look closely you can see the indentations from the outside from the blanket. {nothing anybody would actually notice but me} but if i leave it that snugged up will it stretch my top out like that? if i need to ill readjust to where its not the snug but will leave it in there until i decide to put the top down next spring when it gets nice and warm again.

There are companies who make liners for soft tops but they can get expensive. Just take the blanket, trip it to fit between the bars, put some metal eyelets around it and zip tie it to the bars. Kind of like that spyder web top in this quarters giveaway.
