There is hope for broken locker pumps :^)

So since I bought my jeep the air locker for the front has not worked and the pump always ran so a leaking or broken air line was the culprit today was the day to fix it .
After a quick search I found both the air supply and air inlet barbs were snapped off of the pump so I went to eBay to look for a new pump I found only one a d it was a set for nearly $ 300.00 no good !!! So I thought I can fix this I took a small wooden dowell and wraped it in Teflon tape so it was snug in the inlet and outlet ports then I mixed jb quick weld a whole tube ( well a whole batch 2 tubes hardener and compound lol ) and built up the whole aria so it was nice and thick I let it set for a hour then pulled out the wood and drilled it out with the appropriate bit for a 1/8" npt tap then I put it aside to completely harden then taped it and it works I bench tested it I will install tomorrow after work but I hope this helps someone in a similar situation :^)

No offense, but by the looks of that repair, I'd keep looking for a replacement!
