thinking of buying a jeep.. need some opinions.

hello all.

im new to the jeep world. i've been looking into buying a jeep we got in on trade in. i can get a much better deal then what the ad suggests. i just want to make sure im not getting ripped off.

2003 Jeep Wrangler 3 Door SUV - Pre-Owned Inventory Details at The Frederick Motor Company - Your Frederick, Maryland Ford dealer

im not sure what brand the rims are but the tires are bfg a/t 31" w/ atleast 75% tread left maybe more. brand new front brakes. some sort of aftermarket bumpers? i was also wondering if anyone could tell if this jeep was lifted? its a sport with every avaible option i believe? thanks for any help.

Used usually scares me.... not knowing how others treat the machinery... I am sure the others will have a better opinion, but for an extra bucks you can buy new and have a blank slate.... I have seen some of the 2008 X models going for about 17 here in VA... and if you really want to freak out the friends and family I saw an 08 RHD X at the dealer I bought my Rubi at for less than that

you should definitely look into buying a rubicon, you get so much stock that you would normally just have to replace/add on later.

I like used. You get a lot better value. As much as Jeeps rock, they're worthless for resale value. Therefore, you will get a better financial deal if you buy pre owned.
