this is why australia kinda sucks

I used to live in Chicago and u could lift a car massive and still drive it on the road
Not the same case in Australia thou lol

I recently moved here and found out u can't lift a 4xr4 more then 2 inches legally :0

And if Thts not bad enough u can only get tires up to 2 inches higher from stock

I was pretty upset about this but made it through it and just broke the rules and lifted.higher anyways.

Now thanks to the green ppl saying were taring up tracks and disrupting nature they decide to close trails.

The funny part bout how there closing trails thou is there bringing in massive excavators and digging deep holes right in the middle of the tracks and there sitting there trying to say that's better for the environment :0

Sorry had to rant some where lol so if u love a big jacked up fourby don't come here lol

On a side not the tracks tht they haven't closed yet has BEAUTIFUL views in most areas

You won't be any happier if you come back. The same things apply in the US.

the only wheeling area anywhere near where im at is closed and since we all found ways around their barriers they now have 24 hour security on quads that will chase and fine you....

lots a trails here in oklahoma and you can still drive a jacked up 4x4. Got to love redneck country. There is like 6 huge ford 350's that run at least 38 tires here in town and I never had issues with my CJ with 38ls either come back stateside but to be fair australia is my dream vacation destination

Also... everything in Australia can kill you.

Tiny jelly fish with deadly stings (you have to wear pantyhose material to swim)
Deadly insects in your boots or in the grasses.

I think it's a good thing you have a jeep.

A small silver lining to that 2" Australian lift limit is that OME has had to work within that restriction, and has subsequently developed their 2" lift to a very high state of the art, I think the best 2" lift kit out there, which is a good thing for those of us who are doing LCG on our jeeps in the US.

You aren't allowed to take the doors off either & most of the US front bars aren't legal in Aus'. There isn't the trails like in America either, Sux thats why I love living in the US
