Hey I'm down in the jersey pines right now and I think my throw bearing went. I can start it, move the shifter into all gears, and nothing. When I push in to clutch, I get a grinding sound. Any idea anyone?
A bad throw out bearing isnt going to stop the truck from shifting. Check for leaks in the hydraulic system and if the clutch feels like its pumped up you may have some bad karma workin and its gonna be worse that just the throw out bearing.
It feels like the clutch is stuck on. I read some other post and a spring may have popped off, and lodged in-between the clutch plate. Plus now I'm going to pick it up and the trucks tranny fill tube popped out and we're waiting for the rtv to set.
