I'd rather have tube fenders and an opened up rear well.

Yeah, those are cool in their own right. I know a guy here locally that has them and we even have a member on the board here that runs those fenders. I just can't justify 2k for something I am more than likely going to beat up. Running 37's means bigger rocks.

Here you go Tiny.

http://www.allthingsjeep.com/red32101.html

The Cowboy StirrUp Step® makes it easy to lift yourself into the Jeep with class. Rather than "hoist" yourself into a lifted Jeep, climb in delicately and lady-like and all with this convenient, clever contraption. (We figure this is for the passenger's side, as the Jeep owner wouldn't want to admit to needing some "assistance" climbing into his/her Jeep). The high strength plastic, classic "bell-bottom style" stirrup step hangs from a hook off the door opening of the Jeep. When you aren’t using the step, simply unhook it and store it under the seat. When it's not needed, it's not in the way, and you don't have to worry about it getting damaged or caught on a rock when you're off-road like with the permanent steps. Great for anyone who needs a "step up", like your young kids, arthritic grandmother or maybe even yourself when that trick knee is acting up! Available in Black. Fits every style/model Jeep. SOLD INDIVIDUALLY. Order 2 for a set.
The stirrup steps comes with a small "hook" which you will need to attach to the bottom of your doorframe with a bolt.

Yea, yea. But I was just sure you couldn't resist the opportunity to "climb in delicately and lady-like".

Too bad their out, I would consider buying them for you just for the pics!

There's very little about me that can be considered lady-like.

No Az, I'm still looking around and counting up my pennies and reading and looking at pictures and and and.....

Okay personally I'd see more people falling on their asses from those things than actually using them for what they are meant for.

back to me.....

If I went up to a three inch lift, left the 1 inch body lift, could I run 33s? Requires regearing? Would a 4 inch be much different?

Yes you could run 33's with 4" of total lift. It's kind of up to you on if you want to go to a 4" and ditch the BL or not. You haven't had it on there very long so it would kind of be like throwing good money away. You are going to be adding in an SYE probably anyway so it really doesn't matter what size springs you are running.

I haven't read the whole thread because I don't want to. But if you want to run 33's and keep the MML and BL why not run an OME lift?

I'm looking at OME. But I want to make sure I've looked at everything before I choose and I want to talk to Joe before I buy anything. (and 35s are so pretty. )

35's are nice. My Jeep has 34's just for reference and they're plenty big (yesterday anyway). I'm sure there's a picture around here somewhere.

I need a ton of stuff for 35's, so I'm just musing about them. 33's would be fine...... but why not level up faster.....

Damn Tiny - thinking of jumping to 35's so soon? If you go that big definitely think of upgrading the axles and gears. I think 33's would be the better choice though.

Why is everyone always so stuck on gears? I'm still running stock 3.73's with my auto and I'm on 35's. It does fine around town and with the 4:1 it does great on the trail.

Just considering all the possibilities. 33's'll most likely be it. I need to find someone with 35's and see if I can even get in.

(gears are cool, Jack, get on the bandwagon )
