They are a GREAT onroad tire. Offroad they are about as good as a car tire.

you have a lift, a locker, a winch... if your jeep is a mall crawler these tires are ok. off the road they are as bad as any other street SUV tire.

Seriously, those tires will pack full of mud and dirt and do nothing to help you out of a trail. At least look into a better suited All-Terrain tire if you offroad at all.

35s?
which gears do you have? with stock 3.07 or 3.73 gears the TJ will become very suggish with 35s.

which rear axle do you have? the stock D35 rear axle isn´t strong enough for 35s if you want to drive off the road.

i have 35x12.5x15 cooper STT tires. they´re better on the road (espacially in rain) than my old BFG ATs and at least as good as a friends BFG MTs.

the tires look like this (4.5" lift and 2" bodylift):

on the road and in really light off road terrain the D35 should be ok. but i´ve also seen people damaging the rear axle shafts by doing only one simple burn out with only 33s on the stock D35.

every offroading that´s more difficult than simple dirt roads raises the risk of damaging the rear axle.

you can upgrade the axle, then it´s really strong enough and you daon´t have to worry about it every time you go wheeling.

for moderate offroading this is ok: http://www.4wd.com/productdetails.aspx?partID=3988

but i would install this kit: http://www.4wd.com/productdetails.aspx?partID=41125

they work with a locker.
with teh first kit the inside of the diff stays like it is. you only have to change the axle shaft.
with the first kit you also get rid of the c-clip that holds the axle shafts. these c-clips often get damaged.

if you brake a axle shaft on a trial you need to replace it until you can leave the trial.
with 35s on a D35 i would carry a replacement shaft with me if i were you.
