TJ lift and plow

I just bought my first wrangler finally and its awesome. I bought my 02 tj with a plow. My original idea was to sell it immediately, now that i think of it the plow would be very helpful in the winter at my parents house and would save me some time and labor with the shovel. I want my jeep bigger, 4" lift and 33's. What I dont know is will a plow wreck a new suspension lift without the air bags in the front coils????

New to the jeep world but learning fast any input is great.

Plows are very hard on front end components.

Pick up a snow blower instead and leave the plow off. It'll kill your front end.
