TJ trouble

I have a 2001 sport, 6cyl, 5 speed. I bought it back In 2008 with 80,000. It currently has 153,000 miles. Up until the beginning of this year, it's ran very well. Then it's been downhill from there. Heater core bad, radiator, throwout bearing went bad on a year old clutch, input shaft replaced, oil sending unit, and the climate fan stopped working. I'm curious, is anyone else running into problems as well?

I had my '03 X for about 3 mos and had to replace front sway links and blower control module. Old age is setting in. TLC with upgrades or OEM parts and she'll be good or better than new.

even with all the wear items that you have replaced its still cheaper than a JK and its a TJ.

What I'm saying is thats normal wear and tear, bro... Don't sweat it, By the way my heater core, TPS, oil sending unit, and a broken sway bar link with a nasty leak in my rear main seal happened at 92,000...

Sounds pretty cheap normal wear. In comparision , 92K miles, Water pump on a 2007 V6 Camry will cost $1500. Dealer pulls says they have to pull the motor to get to it.

It's a Jeep, and how much has that Jeep done for you?
How many good times has it given you?
How many vehicles can take that kinda pounding and finally at 150000+ miles start asking for a little help?

Are you married, or got a girl friend? What is the upkeep on them?

Jeep is much cheaper.
