tps problem please help

Just replaced my tps I'm my 98 tj 4.0 it was throwing a code for it. is cutting out at 2000 to 2500 rpm in 2nd, 3rd and 4th gear..... now it runs worse then before and it still cuts out at the same rpm but sometimes cuts out and the gas pedal won't work for a second..... any ideas please help

Tps= Throttle positioning sensor (Just in case you don't know)

Just had the same problem. They are not adjustable match it up at the parts store and check the allignment of the tabs inside. If they are not the same just get a new one and put it on carefully.
