Trail find

Took the YJ out on the trails yesterday! Had a great run with nice weather. Was in the sand next to the river and found a D-ring shackle! Score!

Which leads me to this question. What have you found or scene out there on the trails?

a .357 revolver and holster hanging on a tree limb. someone took it off to take a crap and forgot it. checked with sheriffs office and it was unregistered. after 90 days and no one claimed it I got to keep it.

a CPAP machine (used for sleep apnea)

a Coleman one burner stove.

a quilted flannel shirt

a couple of wrenches

a wallet

a nice hunting dog

Btw. I found these things over the past 15 years. And I spend about a month a year out in the woods of central Idaho in some fairly remote places.

Lol didn't have to, they were parked right on the side of the main trail road. They never looked up, never stoped, and she was leaning over the trunk facing the road. We were less then 20ft away when we drove by... lol all we could do was laugh and give him a thumbs up!
