Transfer case oil change

How often should the transfer case, axles, and manual transmissiion oil be changed?
My 1999 Wrangler has only 4300 miles on it , should I change these now, its never been in water or mud!

Thanks

I just got it from a local plastic surgeon, it was in a fleet of many cars he owns, the thing has been in a heated garage since new, and driven just a few miles every year, its smells new!!

I'd change them all just cuz the fluid has been sitting in there for 11 years, definitely not enough miles to be concerned about. Nice find BTW!

Change everything now. Then t-case and axles at least once per year, with the axles getting changed more often if they go swimming.

Yep don't know if they ever was changed. If they are the original fluid it's OLD!!

Change them all out...then you know for sure they are indeed good to go.

Also mite consider flushing and replacing the coolant.
Change out the power steering fluid and brake fluid.
If it's been sitting ALOT as you say for 11yrs, things can get clogged/gummed up.
