Two Inch Body Lift

Who here has a body lift on their YJ?
I just picked up a 2 inch body from Fat Bob's Garage in Layton the other day. Any installation tips??

Got no tips yet. Im replacing my body lift with a suspension lift shortly. Just curious why your going with a body lift instead of a suspension lift?

I have a 4 inch Rough Country. I'm adding my BL in addition.

What rough country do you have? Thats what I am looking to replace the body lift with. Do you have pics of ur jeep as is? Im removing the body lift because I don't like seeing the spacers all around. How do you plan on separating the body from the frame?

I have the 4 inch YJ lift with Nitro 9000 shocks. It looks pretty sweet. Installation is pretty simple after you remove all the old rusted on stuff (pain in the ass). I am going to have new pics up soon. I have 3 floor jacks that I will tack weld a couple feet of steel tubing to to lift the body.

Im doing a long travel kit for a tj. With the 2.2 shocks. Cj's are just beasts of jeeps. My buddy has a 502 in his. On a 2 inch lift with 33's. For lifting ur jeep. Just work on it one side at a time. And make sure you have all of the right parts lengthened and that they still function flawlessly. There are probably lots of sites that can give you a step by step if you come across issues. Probably use wood so that you don't cause much damage to ur body.
