I have been looking at Ultra Ever Dry. It's not very cheap but that stuff is amazing! YouTube it! I have been doing some research on it but have come up with little info on its durability when used as an undercoating. So im planning on getting some soon to try.

I used SEM Rubberized Undercoating. I first applied a rust converter, then the SEM. Of course you can also use Por15 directly over rust too. I even used some Eastwood frame coating designed for the inside of the frame...but since mine already had 165k when I bought it....it may have been too late

It's never too late on a jeep my tj has 176k and I started hitting the frame with a wire wheel to peel the old frame coating that's rusting off and then spraying with a rubberized undercoating. Eventually when I have the time And money ill break her down to just frame and do a nice sandblast/ flex seal style coating then do the body ect where I want it.

I had my local Jeep dealer do the Mopar rust protectant (fogging in the panels, hard to get to areas, etc.) and the undercoating. $380 plus tax seemed like a reasonable investment since they know the vehicle better than me and my time is worth something. For the life of my 2010 which I plan to keep for a long time, it seemed like a no brainer.
