Vinyl windows

Any way of replacing just the vinyl on a soft top without actually buying new windows?

If you mean replacing the top only, yes. Just get a Replace a top, by Bestop. They are available with or without windows. Assuming you have factory hardware.

If by vinyl you mean the fabric top itself, then again, yes.

Do you mean the clear vinyl window itself, then no.

If there's a boating upholstery shop close by that makes/repairs boat soft tops you could give them a try. They might be able to sew in new windows.

I'm 1/2 way thinking of trying to find a similar shop once I put my half doors on and having tinted vinyl sewn in to replace the clear to match my Trektop....

You can buy replacement window kits, which would be all three entire panels (fabric and "glass"). You can buy individual side or rear panels directly from us, and some of our bigger retailers.

But because the "glass" is permanently installed (it's sewn and heat sealed) we don't sell just the "glass."

But the advice from Keebler about a boat canvas shop is good: several people have gotten good results going that direction. They won't be heat sealed, it may be a bit messy where they un-stitch things, but it may be a good price alternative.

The "glass" is clear vinyl, and a fairly standard item used on all sorts of tops for cars and boats,
