Warning - Rough County Winch Mount Missing Hardware

I have the Rough Country winch mount plate w/ D-rings for JK stock bumper. In preparation of doing the install last weekend, I did a parts check. Upon going through the bag of hardware, I found I was missing a washer and locking nut. No biggie. I called up Rough Country and they said they'd send me a new bag of hardware.

The bag arrived yesterday so I opened it up to do an inventory of the contents just to be safe. Imagine my surprise when I found that the new bag of hardware was missing the same washer and nut.

I called up Rough Country and they confirmed that the parts list is correct and that the bag was indeed missing some pieces. Since I was missing the same hardware from 2 different bags, they said they'd do a quality inspection of some bags in the warehouse as they likely have this issue w/ a lot of their hardware bags for this kit.

This kind of stuff happens so I'm not hating on Rough Country. Just letting you folks know so that if you have this kit in the garage, waiting for the time to do the install, check the hardware bag as you could be missing some pieces.

You would be amazed at how many people would not do an inventory check before installing something and then call in angry that their vehicle is all torn apart and they are missing something. I used to work retail cs, I've heard it all.
