Water dripping from dash?

Today right after work, I got in the Jeep and started it up. When I went to put the clutch in, I felt a drop of water hit my clutch foot. It kept dripping for a while, seemed like it was coming from near the headlight switch. We had some bad rain today, could this be leaking in the cowl vents? Thanks guys

I don't know about a YJ - but I have an 05 tj and had about 3" of water in the passenger floor one day after a rainy period. The drain for the vent right in front of the windshield had plugged up from pine needles and the water level had gotten high enough to leak through the heater fan air inlet.

This happened in my 94 Wrangler when I was puddle jumping after a heavy rain storm its caused by a tube by the firewall plugging up try that you shouldn't have a problem after that.
