Water Pump.

is it hard to change a water pump? Any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated since I am going to tackle it tomorrow.

As long as you're going that far in, do the tstat, heater hoses, radiator hoses and belt as well. Do it once and be done.

all that other stuff was done last year. tstat is a definate tho. Is it as straight forward as it looks? Loosen the belt tensioner, unbolt and put back on?

Ya, I did it on my 4.2 a few months ago and it was pretty easy. I had to remove the fan and fan shroud to get at mine, but that wasnt bad. If you have the manual just do it, if not I"m sure you could do it anyways.
