Weber or Motor Craft on a 4.2?

Alright I know this is an opinion thing but my stock carb is just getting worse. I'm new to Jeeps so I have no real knowledge in this department. I've heard great things about the Motor Craft as far as better gas mileage which intrigues me because this is my daily driver. And I have heard good things on the Weber because of a lot of added power. Can somebody please help me out with this so I don't waste any money & have to redo something.

I do live in Pensacola Florida which is a very humid invironment if that makes any difference.

Thanks again!

I had a 258 in my old Cherokee Chief, & used both on it. I was much happier with the Weber. I'd do the HEI distributor mod too if you haven't already, HEI & a Weber makes for a happy 258 in my experience. If you go the 2100 route make sure you get one with the 1.08 venturis.
