Depends on what kind of wheeling you plan on doing. If you plan on hitting the OBX they have a checklist of required items. Some of the basics would be a good tow strap, no metal, you can get a cheap one at Wal-Mart for $26.00. A Hi-lift jack with a base, GPS or a GPS App on your smart phone assuming you get a signal, if not have a CB for emergency communication. Always travel with at least one other vehicle, preferably two or three. A good first-aid kit, a sweatshirt and change of socks (or two), sunscreen, bug spray, snacks (power bars), water, mechanic gloves, basic tool kit, a lighter, a knife. A good spotter, good tires, AT's for trail riding, MT's for rocks and mud.
