I had been contemplating getting rid of the Mustang. It had some issues, was coming up on some serious maintenance $. My son had traded his year old F150 for a JKU about 3 weeks earlier and was telling me I needed to get one, sending me pictures every few minutes it seemed lol of his JKU in various poses and states of undress. I had always told him my next vehicle after the Mustang would be a Tinkertoy (Wrangler).
I was thinking "maybe I will stop at the dealer this week and start serious looking" as I was driving down the road on Saturday afternoon. Then out of nowhere a HUGE rock nailed the windshield. The whole passenger side spidered. Scared the bejeezus out of me. Pulled over, collected my wits - and decided this was an omen from above and the pony was headed to the glue house imminently.
Next day, my Wrangler found me. The pony went out to pasture cracked windshield and all. And I haven't looked back for one second.

The JKUR isn't going to be replacing anything. We are grabbing it for a weekend toy. However, if it turns out that I am driving the Jeep more than the other vehicles, I may end up selling the truck. It's a '13 Sierra All Terrain.
