What do you guys think of this jeep?

My friend is thinking about buying this but I'm not exactly jeep savvy so does anyone have suggestions on what I should look for when we go and see it? And obviously how the owner took care of it is going to effect this, but does 169k miles seem high? Opinions would be appreciated

There's a lot of rust on the side step. Crawl underneath and check the frame. Bring a screwdriver to poke it with.

around $4k would be better, if the frame and floors are good

It seems way over priced. I have a 90 with pretty much the same stuff done to it, AC and lower miles and I paid about 2k less. Definitely check the frame for rust.
