went with a buddy + Mid American Jeeps to LBL, broke 2 wheel studs and had 2 knocked out/loose... guess i was limping on 1 for awhile.... interesting/sweet day
got to try out my new PSC rockers as well as scuff up my new hub caps
AND the good old chicago electric 10k got put to use(not on me)
then drove it 120 miles back home.

on the driveway under the jeep you can see the result of the wonderfully designed factory radiator. Still waiting on the replacement from radiatorbarn.

ran tubing for the foglights on my girls jeep, we also put 4 lucking lugs on her tires, and a new hd rear tire mount..

then we put on the rear acos in my jeep, they were a pain in the butt, but atleast they bolted on instead of being weld-ons, then we put all new RE monotube shocks on it.. i got to adjust the front to match the rear height, i left the rear as low as possible for the badlands since my rear only had a 1'' bb in.. i still need to do the rear trackbar mount and readjust the front trackbar..

then we leveled out my gfs dads jeep by putting 2 of my 1'' bb on the front of his jeep.. his front is only like 1/3'' lower than the rear.. then replaced his stock shocks with my old ones.. he's not sure on adding anything to the rear of his but i still have my stock isolator pads, and 2 more 1'' bbs.. they are going on either his jeep, my girls to give her more clearance, or my xj with some shackles

I hate that excuse. The USA burns something like 80% of the worlds gasoline. Supply and Demand.. not to mention Europes taxes are part of the reason for the price if I remember right..could be wrong about that though.

Turfed my tie-rod adjusment rod climbing the wood pile last week.

So, in keeping with my business philisophy of "break it and upgrade it" - I bought Big Daddy's heavy duty tie rod adjustment rod....

replaced my bent currie tie rod with a brand new one I bought from Joe at Absolute Offroad this morning.

Also, my jeep was idling between 2k and 3k rpm since yesterday. Kindof dangerous too like having the cruise control stuck on when your trying to park.

While I was at Joes shop I asked him about it and he recommended I clean the throttle body so I did that and good as new again. I read in another forum that I should buy a new throttle body gasket if I choose to remove the TB while cleaning it, so I went to napa and bought the gasket for a mere $2 and a can of carb cleaner.

And because I like to take pictures alot... here are some of my dirty throttle body

FINALLY got the straps that hold the windshield to the hood, and the roll bars to the floor. Too bad its winter now. The tooth fairy brought them to me in the form of a bank repo yesterday. One of the auction guys gave them to me for christmas Took me over 6 month to track those stupid things down
