Let's see what everyone is doing to support the aftermarket Jeep companies of the world. Post up anything you've bought or installed on your Jeep today (ongoing...).
If you've installed it this would be a good place to post up a pic too.
I ordered mine from OK Auto,4WD & Tire. And just noticed the part numbers I used is N66LB & N67LB and the B at the end is for Black. The traditional yellow is just N66L so that is why.I thought the same thing at first also that the longer ones were all black but not sh well I do like the black a little better than the yellow anyway.http://www.ok4wd.com/index.php/catalog/product/old_man_emu_nitrocharger_shock_absorbers_black/
well i put the lift in the front and now i am waiteing on the rear springs it is 4" softride springs in front and OME shocks all the way around, drop pitman arm &new seals in pitman arm shaft, trackbar drop and new qick discos and once they get here it will be 3" rusty springs in rear.the winch sagged frnt by one inch so i went with 3" in rear if it is still a lil low i have 3/4"spacer just in case.also have rear trackbar drop also to put in.
reluctantly i added mirror relocation brackets on my girls jeep.. her dad made me do it.. they are SOOO UGLY.. they stick out like 2 inches and move them like an inch in front of the windshield.. rotated her tires and put in new door straps..
her dad seems to be wasting money on pointless stuff for her jeep instead of getting what she really needs..
i took her spare off her back because she doesnt have a tire carrier and it was bending her tailgate.. but old people still think they know better.. but who really puts a 35'' tire on a stock tailgate..
my buddy only disconnected the drivers side disco. the pass. side was still connected and prevented the axle from coming more down.
the front pass. side shock is 4" longer than on the pic.
and the rear drivers side shock is 3" longer than on the pic.
i think i´ll have to search for a higher sand hill or a ramp to see how it flexes.
btw. who said that the OME L shocks are black? that´s wrong. my shocks are yellow...
Sweet! Maybe I'll take the hard top off on my next non-working day.
Stupid me, never knew that the whole time. The guy I got it from said I needed surrounds.
