Thanks Brian, and everyone. FedEx just delivered the fifth tire so I'll have a real spare by the weekend.

(they do look like spray can lids though.... just sayin')

I'm gonna drop my cv driveshaft and have it rebuilt again. Hopefully fifth time is a charm.

Put my new tires on, and thoroughly cleaned it, inside and out, including steam cleaning the seats and plastic protectant.

I pulled it out of the garage and told it what a good boy it is. Then I stuck a hi-lift to the bumper.

Ouch, espensive day my friend.

I helped mine have another wheeling friend. Helped a buddy relocate the tank on his CJ-7 so we could start stretching the wheelbase on it. Also got some fuel problems figured out and got the 302 running.

I need to get some exhaust on mine with some o2 sensors. I fired it up last night and she is running really rich. The throttle lags when you open it up but up top she will really scream. Open headers are really loud.

Andy, make sure your plugs are all gapped right. I had that exact same problem on my 4.0. WOT it ran great, but anything else is was rich and stumbling. However I just noticed that you said something about an O2 sensor. I'm gonna guess that your LT1 is a sensitive with those as our I6's?

All the plugs are new and gapped properly by me. The o2 sensors monitor the exhaust and lean the mix out via the computer. Without them it can't tell how much unburned gas is going through the exhaust. They are imperative to a properly tuned engine. Luckily, I only have 2 o2 sensors to deal with and OBDI is very forgiving. Not only do I not have o2 sensors installed, they aren't even plugged into the harness.

I pulled out the torque wrench and found out that too much torque will snap a bolt in half. Maybe I'm just too strong for my own damn good?

Who knew it was going to be so hard to put wider fender flares on! I got it done, but it was a real PITA.

That's it? That's all you did? That was everything???? Everything everything? You gotta get going on that heap. I'm starting to think you need to send that over to 4Wheel Parts so it can get finished up right.
