Spent the day pulling wet carpet out. Had 1/2 inch of water in the cupholders! Having problems with radio reception so I removed the head unit and decided to order new wiring harness while I had it out. Gonna remove amp since I don't use base speakers anymore. With carpet out I think I'll get all the wiring removed or ziptied and them make the decision to line the tub a reality.

Just replaced the crusty evap line that runs along the frame from under the hood to the gas tank. bent up a new one and clipped it in and cleaned up the rubber hose that connects to it in the front and put that back on. Waiting on my freind to help me put that tank back in.

In the last week - yanked the transmission and sent it off to be rebuilt, replaced the A/C compressor, replaced the rear brakes, replaced the exhaust manifold, replaced the exhaust donut-thingy, bled the brakes, bought WetOkole neoprene seat covers (haven't got 'em yet), replaced cap, rotor, plugs, wires, crank sensor (wow, who designed THAT?). Discovered I have the optional limited slip. Yay!

Eying replacing the standard air filter with a K&N or similar, mostly in an attempt to increase mileage, but the numbers don't appear to work out.

Spent $300 on an alignment, rotate / balance and a steering stabilizer.

I had the DW.

Alignment was almost a full degree off and all 4 tire were out of balance.

Haven't gotten it on the highway yet but 50 feels a hell of a lot better.

Can't wait to feel it @70mph

Realized that my wheels aren't going to fit over the hubs on my new front axle I want to build so now it's back to the drawing board on what I want to do with it. Either replace the rear too or find new wheels.

what do you think you'll go with for the front?

I wonder if you can get the wheels you currently have machined out to fit over the hubs?

backed it out of the garage and drove it for the first time in 3 months. But now if im cruising and floor it it makes a really loud thud. Sounds like a horse troting. I think it's axle rap. I thought every thing was tight I have to check that out tomarrow. What do you guys think?
