I know exactly what you mean. I'm shopping for one now. I found a sweet 99 R34 GT-T pushing 480 hp and a tiptronic trans for about $12000.

Its a sign of old age. I'm starting to get there myself. When I redid my exhaust back in may I chucked the dual cherry-bombs and got a single flowmaster 50 series delta flow. It still has that flowmaster sound but its a ton quieter and I added a tail pipe instead of dumping it to further help reduce the noise. I can now here my stereo.

Today I installed a missing piece in my transmission and I now have the option of using 1st and 4th if I so desire. Now if I can just find some 90wt in this place.

(Damn not being able to edit posts)

Also, is it normal for the pucks to bulge after you torque them down? Or should I loosen it some?

Well lets see i whent out to the parts store with a freind and then stoped to get some food all was good till i got about 2 or 3 miles from my house. When there was a fait knocking noise in the front. I stoped and looked couldn't find anything that i coould see wrong so i took the back roads home really slow and then after a while it stoped i tryed speeding up a little to make the noise so i could pin point it. It wouldn't do it. So im rolling up in front of my freinds house doing 25-30mph when all the sudden my front end slams down on the left my tire goes flying out in front about 200feet down the road and i scrape to a stop with sparks flying from about 50 feet away from where the tire came off. It scared theshit out of me and what doesnt make sense is when i took a look at it on the side of the road i could swear all the lugs where there. The other day i tourqed both front tires down to 95 foot pounds in a star patter so they where tight. Im just lucky it didnt happen when i was doing 70mph on the highwat 20min before it came off. My brand new rotor is trashes and maybe more stuff is screwed too.

It sounds good under load or when blimping the throttle up to like 1500 rpm however if you're just revving in neutral up to like 4-5k, it sounds like junk. (i own a delta)

I wonder how a hooker max flow would sound on a 4.0

Almost done, I need to mount the hood latches and wire up my turn signals. I rough painted the fenders to keep the rust away form the welds. Ill be giving them a final coat in the next couple of weeks.

Wash and paint

I washed my Jeep better than I ever have before, and since I bought her I have been turned off by her sun-bleached plastic bumper ends. So while at advanced auto seeing as how I bought a new motor mount that I didn't need I picked up some polishing compound and black paint from Dupli-color for vinal and carpet. After getting rid of a tree's love on my paint job I took off the bumper ends, cleaned, and painted them.

If the job lasts a year it will be worth every lil bit of black paint on my hands... looks great.

I filled it up with Gas and that is a task in itself around these parts.

If you guys don't know...Atlanta is in a gas crisis..45-60 minutes in line to get gas if you can find a station that has it.

Drove it in the rain.. oh its so fun watching the water fly around the fronts and rear tires. At like 20-25mph they meet right at the door. Its funny watching other peoples faces when they see the jeep with the water flying around it.

yeah i gotta take some pics, its pretty cool too bad usually when it rains its me alone so its a bit risky to drive in traffic trying to take pics of shit especially with all the new laws preventing you from having your hands full.

Whats the legal maximum tire size allowed for our rigs?

They might be cheap to buy, but in order to really run them on your rig it's going to cost you serious cash and mucho hours of work.

you need to compare your speed to a handheld gps. tire sizes are often not what they are advertised to be.....
